Bookings & Check-In
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Sites: Check-in from 12:00 pm
- Cabins & Apartments: Check-in from 2:00 pm
- All accommodation: Check-out by 10:00 am.
Can I arrive after reception closes?
Yes. If you’re arriving after hours, simply contact us on the day of your arrival and we’ll arrange a self-check-in. Instructions will be sent via SMS.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit requirements vary depending on how far in advance you’re booking and whether you’re staying during peak periods. Full details are available in our Booking Terms & Conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on how much notice is given and whether your booking falls within a peak holiday period. Please refer to our Booking Terms & Conditions for full details.

What accommodation do you offer?

Is linen provided?
The main bed in all cabins and apartments is made with fresh linen ready for your arrival.
In selected cabins, linen is not provided for bunk beds as standard. If required, linen packs for the bunk beds can be purchased and added to your reservation prior to arrival.
Do your cabins have kitchens?
Most cabins include a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. Individual accommodation pages list exactly what’s included.
Do you have accessible accommodation?
Yes. We offer accessible accommodation options. Please contact Reception so we can help you choose the most suitable accommodation.
Pets
Is your park pet friendly?
Yes! We welcome pets all year round.
Pets are welcome on caravan and camping sites and we also have selected pet-friendly cabins available.
Can pets stay in every cabin?
No. Only our designated pet-friendly cabins allow pets. Please let us know when booking if you’re travelling with your pet.
Are there pet rules?
Yes. For everyone’s enjoyment:
- Pets must remain on a lead.
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Pets cannot enter pools, playgrounds or amenities.
- Pets must not be left unattended.

Absolutely! During school holidays we run a fantastic activity program that may include:

River Cruises
Can anyone book a Murray River Cruise?
Yes! Our cruises are open to both park guests and day visitors, subject to availability.
How do I book a cruise?
Cruises can be booked online through our website or by contacting Reception.
How long are the cruises?
We offer scenic 2-hour Murray River cruises, along with private charter options for groups and special occasions.
Caravan & Camping
Do your powered sites have water?
Yes. All powered sites include power and water access.
What is an Ensuite Site?
Ensuite Sites include your own private bathroom, giving you the convenience and privacy of your own shower and toilet during your stay.
Families
Is the park suitable for young children?
Absolutely! We’re one of the Riverland’s most family-friendly holiday parks with activities and facilities suitable for toddlers through to teenagers.
Do you hire pedal karts?
Yes. Pedal karts are available for hire from the kiosk.
Is there a playground?
Yes! We have a large playground plus jumping pad, mini golf and plenty of open space.
General Information
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout much of the park.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available for all guests, with parking adjacent to most accommodation.
Can visitors come into the park?
Yes. Visitors are welcome but must register at Reception on arrival and comply with park rules. Visitor fees may apply.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any accommodation and should only occur in designated outdoor areas while being considerate of other guests.
Can I charge my electric vehicle?
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted within the park. Public charging facilities are available nearby in Berri.
Do you cater for groups?
Yes! We specialise in:

Local Area
How far is the park from the Murray River?
We’re located opposite the magnificent Murray River with boat ramp opposite, with easy access to walking trails, fishing, boating and river cruises.
Is the park close to shops?
Yes. Berri’s town centre, supermarkets, cafés, hotels and local attractions are all just a short walk or drive away.
